The Pavers Foundation is dedicated in making a meaningful impact to the communities around us. Striving to actively improve the communities that our colleagues live in and to support causes close to our team.

The Pavers Foundation was launched with an incredible donation of £2.5 million from Pavers and the private estate of our founder Catherine Paver. Further donations from Catherine’s grandchildren have also been gratefully received.

As one of the largest family business foundations in the North of England, we believe that being different makes us different. In addition to the initial donations, the business gives 2% of net profit each year, to ensure the Pavers Foundation continues to make effective and positive changes in local communities across the UK and beyond.

The Foundation supports two charities every year, initiated by a select committee, a range of charities are appointed for nomination amongst Pavers, Jones Bootmaker and Herring Shoes employees. Furthermore, we welcome applications from all of our colleagues, pledging to promote healthcare and well-being, supporting education initiatives and enhancing community projects.
