York Based Pavers Foundation Donates to the Volunteering in Samoa Project

The Pavers Foundation has donated £250 to Volunteering in Samoa, on behalf of Jason Paver, Director of Sales at Pavers Shoes.

The donation was made towards the ‘Volunteering in Samoa’ Fundraiser, organised by Ethan McMurray in order to allow him to travel to the South Pacific and volunteer as a rugby coach on the island nation of Samoa.

The trip is being facilitated by Project Abroad, the world’s largest provider of international volunteering, internships and meaningful travel experiences.

Ethan has said:

“I would also teach English to local Samoan children to assist them in pursuing desired careers. This element would run alongside me visiting local primary schools to coach rugby and promote physical exercise as well as teaching about nutrition as an assistant coach at a rugby clinic.”
