At the beginning of November the Foundation donated £15, 000 to support the annual 'A Night to Remember' charity music event held at York Barbican in Spring each year. Half of the proceeds are donated to St Leonard’s Hospice, with the rest supporting dementia projects in York.
'A Night to Remember' has raised almost £40,000 for St Leonard's Hospice since the event began and we are delighted to support the initiative.
As a charity, St Leonard’s Hospice relies on the generosity of the public to raise just over £5.2 million each year as director of fundraising at the Hospice, Dawn Clements, explains:
“We are really lucky to receive a lot of local support, from individuals, groups and businesses. We never take this for granted and are so grateful to The Pavers Foundation for their support.”
